At GMGC you have the choice between three excellent instructors whether you are beginning or working toward scratch. Working on your swing is only part of our instructional program. We have recommendations for your mind and your body.
For your swing: GMGC boasts three instructors to introduce you to the game and guide you to improvement from any ability level. Our instructors are:
Dale Schoner, PGA - Dale has been a member of the PGA of America since 1978 and has held Head Golf Professional/Director of Golf positions three facilities including Club Green Meadows in Vancouver. Dale has won the Senior Championship in the Central Washington Chapter, 2000, and Oregon Chapter PGA, 2002. He has twice been a member of the Pacific Northwest PGA's Senior Hudson Cup Team. He has conducted GMGC's successful Summer Junior Camps over the past two years and leads clinics on Saturdays, Mondays and Wednesdays throughout the golf season. His clinics and individual lessons emphasize and strong foundation in the basics from neutral positions.
Harold Bluestein, PGA -Twice nominated for Oregon PGA Teacher of the Year, Harold has developed an excellent reputation for his ability to improve the games of all ability levels. His most recent accolades have come from the Oregon Chapter PGA and the Pacific Northwest PGA with President's Awards for outstand contributions to growing the game in the Pacific Northwest. You can hear Harold Saturday mornings from 7 - 8 am on ESPN Sports Radio 1080 The Fan's Golf in the Great Northwest.
Dave Ramsay, Head Golf Professional - Dave joins the GMGC staff in 2010 after stints as Head Professional at Riverside Golf Course in Chehalis, WA and Port Ludlow Golf Course in Port Ludlow, WA. In 2010 Dave will focus on Play Golf America programs such as Women's Golf Month and Family Golf Month.
