How could a sale be better?     Summer is almost over and Green Mountain is offering two more Junior Camps on August 23rd and 30th.  Register here for the Aug. 23rd Camp for juniors 5 - 10 years old.  Or register your 10 -17 year old junior for the Aug. 30th camp here.  This is your last chance for junior golf camps this summer.
 
Friday Twilight League Print E-mail
Green Mountain Golf Course introduces the Friday Twilight League - an entertaining net match play format that is a great mix of fun and competition. You'll get to play with your friends every week and meet some new ones during your matches. The Friday Twilight League season starts June 4th and will end September 3rd. Green fees will be discounted for all participants.

Each week, your team of four players will have a handicapped match against another team. Every player will compete with an opposing player from another team in a 9 hole match worth 10 points - 1 point for each hole (low net score wins, and a net tie halves the point), and 1 point for the overall low net for the 9 holes. With each individual playing for up to 10 points, each team is playing for 40 points total. Teams accumulate points for the season with payouts awarded at the end of the year.

The golf staff will take care of all setup and scoring - you'll only need to check in, meet your opponents, and play golf! Official USGA handicaps are not required - each player will automatically develop a 'Twilight' handicap maintained by the golf professional for this league that will ensure fairness.

Besides the 'official' game, there will also be optional honeypot competitions for players to enter, including gross, net, and closest-to-hole cash payouts.
